1. Role of the platform
Can Dostu is a marketplace that lets pet owners find, compare and request bookings from independent service providers.
The selected partner provides the service and is responsible for its quality, safety, licences and professional compliance.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate, current information, protect login details and remain responsible for account activity. You may not create an account for another person without permission.
Partners become publicly active only after admin approval. Approval is not a continuing guarantee; profiles may be suspended if inaccurate information is found.
3. Bookings
A booking request is created for the selected service, date and time. It becomes effective after the partner confirms it. Your contact details are provided to that partner to arrange the booking.
Customers must disclose relevant health, behaviour and special needs of their pet. A partner may refuse a booking that does not meet safety or admission requirements.
4. Price and payment
The price on a service page is supplied by the partner. If changed needs require extra work, the final amount should change only with your agreement.
Online payment applies only when clearly offered on the site. Otherwise, payment is arranged with the partner. Payment and consumer rights remain protected by applicable law.
5. Changes and cancellation
Contact the partner as early as possible if a booking must be changed or cancelled. Specific cancellation conditions may appear on the service page.
If a partner cannot perform the service, it should inform the customer promptly and offer an appropriate alternative.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Create fake accounts, bookings, reviews or business details.
- Collect or disclose another person’s information without permission.
- Harm the platform, its security or other users.
- Post unlawful, abusive, deceptive or copyright-infringing content.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews must reflect personal experience and remain respectful. Can Dostu may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules, exposes personal data, advertises or is fraudulent.
8. Safety and responsibility limits
Can Dostu performs an initial partner review but does not guarantee the outcome of every service. Check service information, requirements and agreed details before choosing.
The platform is not an emergency veterinary service and general website information is not a medical diagnosis. Contact a veterinary clinic directly in an emergency. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain in force.
9. Suspension, changes and contact
An account or profile may be restricted for rule breaches, security risks or inaccurate information. The date on this page changes when these terms are updated.
